Hand-made traditional South-Indian Sambhar premix using finest quality natural ingredients without any preservatives or added colours.
Ingredients:
Pulses (Arhar, Urad, Chana Daal), Rice, Salt, Aamchur, Mustard, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Sugar, Black Pepper, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Spices & Condiments
Direction:
1. In one measure of Sambhar Premix, add six measure of water and mix throughly.
2. Optionally add boiled vegetables (onion, potato, tomato, drumstick, brinjal, carrot etc.).
3. Cook for 10 minutes and delicious sambhar is ready. Serve with Idli/Dosa/Vada.
