Ingredients: Kamar-kas, Khas-Khas, Methi (Fenugreek), Gond (edible gum), Wheat Flour, Desi Khand (Raw sugar), Milk Solids, Almonds, Cashew, Raisin, Coconut.

Kamarkas is a gum of Palash tree and in sound India, it is known as Brihmavriksham tree. Kamarkas – it’s common meaning is “Kamar kasna” that is tightening of waist.” This gum (gond) is very effective for women with delicate body.
