Enjoy delicious & authentic south Indian Masala Rawa Idlis with Kuntal Masala Rawa Idli Pre-mix.
Ingredients:
Suji, Refind Oil, Turmeric, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Chana Daal, Cashew, Sarso, Jeera, Heeng, Raising Agent(E550ii), Spices & Condiments
(No Added colour, flavour or essence)
Direction:
1. In 1 cup of Masala Rawa Idli Premix, add 1 cup of curd (preferably sour curd)
2. Stir the mixture gently to eliminate lumps and add some water to make smooth batter and set aside the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Grease Idli moulds with oil and fill batter to 3/4th of mould.
4. Steam the moulds in Idli cooker or pressure cooker (without weight) for 12 minutes on medium flame.
5. Serve hot with Kuntal’s Sambhar Premix or with coconut chutney/ tomato ketchup
