Suji, Refind Oil, Green Chilli, Turmeric, Ginger, Salt, Chana Daal, Groundnut, Cashew, Jeera, Sarso, Heeng, Sugar, Citric Acid, Spices & Condiments

Direction:
1. For 1 cup of Masala Upma Premix, boil 3 cup of water. 1 कप उपमा प्रेमिक्स के लिए 3 कप पानी उबालें।
2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil/ghee and stir the mixture gently on low flame for 5 minutes. 1 चमच्च घी या तेल डाले, मिश्रण को अच्छी तरह मिलाएं व् धीमी आँच पर 5 मिनट तक लगातार चलाते रहे।
3. Optionally add chopped vegetables, corriander, etc. as per your taste during boiling. उबालते समय आप अपनी इच्छानुसार कटी हुई सब्जियाँ, धनिया इत्यादि भी डाल सकते है।
4. Serve hot with Kuntal’s Sambhar Premix or with coconut chutney/ tomato ketchup. कुंतल सांभर प्रीमिक्स या नारियल चटनी या सॉस के साथ गरमागरम परोसे।
